A busy day on the campaign trail. This afternoon was an all candidates meeting at Empowerment Squared, a Black development group active in Ontario and Liberia (!), heavily funded by government. They have extensive facilities and a staff of 8. Five of the 13 mayoralty candidates attended. It was a quiet affair. An audience of about 25 mostly Black youth. I told them I’d cancel Hamilton being a sanctuary city and send all illegals in city housing to Ottawa. It’s their problem. As for youth unemployment, under my administration the city, whenever possible, would not deal with any business employing temporary foreign workers. Canadians first!
