The traffic comissars are crazy. Preachy sign over the Gardiner Expressway in Toronto: “Normal speed meets every need.” Bullshit. Almost constant traffic gridlock means you seldom reach normal speed. Uncontrolled immigration & stubborn refusal to build new roads lead to gridlock.
