Great all candidates meeting this morning at the St. Elizabeth Village Retirement community in Ward 8. My talk was humorous and well received, The one exception was Scarlett Gillespie who used part of her speech to denounce me as “White supremacist” who was gaslighting them. She claimed that “the people had decided” when I criticized Mayor Andrea Horwath for contacting venues to keep the Dominion Society from hold a conference in Hamilton. She refused to let them use city property. I argued that city facilities are paid for by taxpayers and should be available to all.
